“When I started my apprenticeship with the BBC I didn’t realise how much it would have changed my life. I’ve come from a background where opportunities like this don’t come around. I’ve learnt so much about the TV industry and how people operate within the professional working world. I’ve also found so much direction and it lead me to making the cross-over to the music industry as I now work as an A&R for Epic Records Sony music. I would 100% recommend the apprenticeship to anyone from all different types of backgrounds, I worked with BBC3, BBC comedy, Panorama – I got credited for the Domestic Abuse film, The One Show, Radio 1 & 1Xtra, Business Affairs and Commissioning. I’m very proud of how far I’ve come in such a short amount of time and I owe a lot to All Spring Media and the BBC for helping me so much in the early stages of my career.”

Travis, Apprentice 2014-2016

‘The National Theatre has been working with All Spring Media in the delivery of a Broadcast Production Assistant apprenticeship, based in our Digital team. We have found All Spring Media to be an excellent training provider who have always responded with flexibility to our specific needs and have shown an understanding of how this apprenticeship sits in the context of our part of the sector. I am confident that All Spring Media always have the interests of the learners at the core of their practise and go out of their way to support individual apprentices.’
